Re: The Reality of Somalia
The Govt in Xamar don't want it.......but they will soon realise there is no other viable alternative.
The days of Xamar dictating to the regions is a thing of the past.

Re: The Reality of Somalia
Federalism is not a reality. Federalism will not happen. There will be a new constitution written when Al-Shabab and the foreigners are gone. This is just a fake constitution. This is only a temporary constitution to appease the langaabs. No African country is devoted or follows its constitution. It's just a piece of paper. We are Africans. We just go with the flow of things. We are not organized. We don't follow protocols. We are not familiar with procedures. Africans only know central government. Africans only know one leader and his iron fist. Africans don't know what states are. Africans are not familiar with North American federalism where powers are decentralized. Federalism is alien to Africans. Africans only know the status quo of 100% of influence being in the capital. Africans don't cherish second, third, or fourth largest cities. Africa is not America. Americans know NY, CA, TX, FL, OH, MA, MI and WA. Africans only know their capital city. Africans know Lagos but they don't know Kano. Africans know Accra but they dont know Kumasi. Africans know Addis Ababa but they do not know Adama. Africans know Mogadishu, they don't know Garowe. Africans are only interested in the capital. Somalis are Africans and Somalis are only interested in the capital, Mogadishu. Somalia has states only for administrative purposes for the bureaucrats in Mogadishu in order to distinguish and point out what is where and who is what. Somalis don't know what federalism is. Somalis in Bosaso, Hobyo, Garowe, Cadado don't know what federalism is even when they are living in "federal states". They are oblivious to what is going on. They only know the capital. Somalis are hardheaded and traditionalists. They don't want change. They don't like change. They just want their khat, their 3 meals a day, their wife beside them at night and their children to listen to their orders.
Down, down federalism. Down, down gaalo American style governments. Down, down Western concepts.
Federalism is haram since its from gaalo sources.

Re: The Reality of Somalia
Brobaganda I would rather come under Al Shabaab than a Government led by Mooryaans who worked for NGOs.
The Most Powerful Government in Somalia is stationed in Garowe go ask the International NGOs.
