Anyone of these fields is a gold these days!!! I think the CRNA pays the most but may be little bit more demanding and stressful. NP is cool because you can write prescriptions and I think nurse midwife can do that too. All of these need at least four years of nursing school plus two years of graduate nursing school. I would say get certified as RN first, gain experience and while working full-time, do some online part-time classes.
There is this Makaahiil guy who back in early 2000s went to nursing school. We were making fun of him and the funny thing is the dude was balder than AW+ADVO combined and even though he was in his late 20s, he looked like he was in his 40s. All his classes were 98% 19-20 years old white girls....But the man had conviction. He got his RN license first, then did his masters and became a NP. After working few years, he earned his PHD and he is now a doctor...Everyone he was laughing at him now seeks his advice and wisdom!!

I am in Comp. Eng. field and a little niece of mine who got her nursing degree about a year ago is about to catch me in salary wise. Unbelievable money to be made. I wish I could go back to school because anything in healthcare is in demand!!! Good choice sister!!!

Nursing Practitioner is similar to a Physician's Assistant. Nursing pays really well and even more if you work in the Middle East. The amount that the Saudis are paying are focking mind boggling (over $10,000 per month).

As for my bidaar, i cured that shiid. If I could go back, I would have done pharmacy. Pays really well and I have been good with dispensing drugs.
