a) 1 million will be spent on building ONE SINGLE highway road going north and south lanes, western style strong build brick road.
This will encourage the safe movement of business and people all over Somalia-- quickening entrepreneurship, and consequently helping Somalia general economy,

b) 1 Million will be divided in many 1 thousand dollars and given to each household. (household getting 1000 dollar to start small business)

The business could be as small as purchasing goats and sheep with the money and starting to breed them and sell them. Other could start a small business of any choice.

c) 1 Million--build one central big hospital in Kismayo where Somalis of all qabil can travel to kismayo and get medical attention. Also this same million should be spread to the payroll of the staff of the hospital.




Give me more millions--my ideas are boundless.

You can't even construct half a mile of a single paved road with that kind of money. You might as well use it for khat.

not really. A million is a lot of money when properly used. In Somalia 100 thousand can build a hospital and pay the staff for a whole year. You cannot bring your western concept of money into the village of Somalia.

It must be equiped and that costs big money.

again--u r thinking in the concept of western standards. I mean-- a hospital-- something that works. Have u been to a typical Somali hospital? The building and the material quality is horrendous. I am thinking something slightly better than that.
