Kismaayo is an issue where a foreign military controls and its puppets are politically empowered for the moment. That is an issue that will take care of itself. Things returning politically to normal is closely tied to removal of Kenyan military presence.

When it is a Somali-led situation, we get PM and Commander of the Army, Director-General in charge of Villa Somalia, chairmanship of multi-clan organizations such as Ahlu Sunnah, etc.

Government moving away from clannism? Siilaanyo's entire credibility was built on Habar Habuusheed being his rock and hia foundation. Did you not read reports of "adeer santuuqa Habar Jeclo ii tilmaam" during last Somaliland presidential elections? Santuuqa Habar Jeclo = Kulmiye voted. What government is against this?
