Livestock health care facility opened in Burco

Minister of Livestock Dr. Abdi Aw Dahir inaugurated the first project on Livestock Healthcare Facility Center in west Burao at a special ceremony attended by
ministers , Chairman of Chamber of Commerce, MP’s, traditional leaders, intellectuals and guests yesterday. The Livestock Health Care Center is established by
Somaliland businessmen. The project took 3 years to be realized and has an area of 6km square, which can hold 245,000 animals(camel,cow,sheep and goats.
It will also provide jobs for 2,000 people. It is the first project of its established in Somaliland.

Dr Ibrahim Osman Sulieman(Xanaano) a specialist in livestock speaking about the benefits of the project said.
