Would Muqdisho ever be the same ?
That is the big question , there are a lot of scars some of them my never heal , it used to be peaceful cosmopolitan city where there is tranquility , where Qabiil had no place but people pulled together , I believe inorder city to get back it's former glory those people who are scatered all over the world must come back and realise they would not forever live in a foreign land where them and their off springs are always seen as outsiders.

We told you darood are welcome again in Xamar, but respect the Indigenous people lest a second execodus will happen.

Bro, i have nothing personal against you but i noticed how Hartis are feminine. They whine begging Xamarians: Please, when will you allow us to return in Xamar? Ya Rabb, when will it be safe for us to return without constantly looking back
Meanwhile the ilkoyar, cagdheer come in the city starting some business or looking for their properties.
So its clear to me which clans in darood are the males, and which clans are the females.
I repeat: nothing personal, its just a observation though.
Advice: Man up.

so long as the faqash's "hawiye is out to get us" mentalilty is extinguished i think the old muqdisho can be relived again

Hutuqueen the self-hating qaldaan kid
Brother i can understand 22 years of failure can make people hate themselves, but claiming other qabiil is not the solution. You have to have some sabar for your cause. Inna Llaha maca saabiriin.

Mogdisho will never be the same. How can it. The effort of so many different groups built it and its a zoo not fit for even animals. You guys destroyed old mogdasho try and build something that all Hawiye can be proud of before other Somalis come to the equation.

I don't think Mogadishu as a city asks others to come and live there, it is the people who wants to live there, being said that, when Dictator Barre government was kicked out Mogadishu had a population of 1.1M now it has got 2.5 to 3M so I don't think in xamar xiiso badan u qabto dad qaxootiyada ku maqan AMA kuwa baadiyaha ku maqan in ey yimaadaan!

Most of the population are IDPs.
Personally, I wouldn`t mind visiting the city.....but live there....never.
