Yea, it's dahabshiil's. 8 storeys tall + one underground floor. It must be the tallest and certainly the most grandiose building so far. Hargeisa being a valley city hemmed in by hills means we'll have to build vertically. We'll see many modern skyscrapers in the near future

About time they finished it...down the street from it there's like 4 or 5 more modernized buildings that either under construction or almost finished
