will raas kambooni take advantage of their last chance ever?
the pms revolutions in puntland and galmudug...... have changed the political landscape of maamul goboleeds.
besides this, many other things have changed the political calculus of raas kambooni like the nairobi meeting in wich they didnt get support since then, for the last weeks, there has been a secret talks with the government where they can have a better chance.
Now the talks have come out the government has offered to them to appoint shaykh ahmed madoobe as the interim governor only for the lower juba while the middle juba would have its own governor . The shaykh has accepted this argument but also wants to be the interim governor for both of them wich doesnt work for the government.
gandi a third party wich is backed by kenya has also landed there trying to keep the conference on as raas kambooni agreed to have come to a stop besides the implementation of an interim administration but are cautious from a total assimilation trying to be just as clear and as strong

If thats the case Axmed would have been surmmoned to Xamar not the other way.
Why did they feel the need to travel to Kista if things were falling apart in Kista city then folks would be rushing to Xamar trying to get a favourable position.
Secondly Galmudug rejected Shitdons offer and there was no major agreement btw PL and the regime apart from PL telling the government to uphold the constitution.
What you never mention is why the hutu forces dressed in govt uniform harassing locals in Marka why the regime is quiet about the landgrabbing by hutus?
Raskamboni will never bow down to a regime that has warlords in their ranks.
For Xamar to gain respect they need to show credibility as far as we see for know all I see is a dictatorial clan regime trying to build up an empire the same way as C/qassim did.

So Sahal has finally emerged from the woodwork.
You can talk up this HAG Govt all you like, but the fact still remains they`re powerless to influence J/Land.

You cant say Axmed is comming overboard while at the same time say RK is the thorn in the flesh.

If the shaykh rejects it than i think he thinks his whole clan and their maamul then his personal gains.
The govt wants to split it and made two different maamuls that would unite as a federal state after 6 months

The HAGites have already proved they would go to any lengths, including instigating conflicts, to implement their dastardly agenda.
J/Land administrations must take the same stance as S/l and P/L in dealing with the federal Govt.
ps Sahal.....what did I tell you about counting your chickens before the hatch?

I have no opinion im only talking about the realities. This is the politics and you never know.
The interior minister who is leading gudiga in the talks with gudiga raas kamboni has just held a press conference and he said; im not going to anticipate we will tell you the results after the end of the talks but it looks good so far, we talked about:
The security
The Port and airport revenues
The officially-made regional administrations as a transitional state(raas has agreed on this and to stop the conference but wants an interim regional state not a interim gobol state as the govt suggests and then unite as one federal state.)
The fulfillment of the federal system.

The conference must be completed and J/Land inaugurated.
Nothing less will be accepted.
It would be a fatal mistake to postpone the conference and buy the HAGites more time to derail the project.

This is between the government and raas kambooni u can talk about i dont talk about your clans and local polocies like your nairobi meeting.
I talk about the govt and s/land, p/land, galmudug. I dont even like comments in my thread because im brogressive person and dont like changing it into clan bashing.
It was great but failed after the break the raas contacted wit other group to get more and weaken the govt and when they come back to the hotel they said no
Waa laga dareerey meesha
