I didnt said that and its not just about his group its also about his clan camp and then the whole home policy but some are not his real business like galmudug wich will be dealt through other ways at the end.
The pm is there for 4.5 so what is the useful of appointing him if he cant get support for the govt? Why not with a dir pm for example if it just about appointing?

The PM is a shaqsi. If Marexan feel that His plan is beneficial for them they'll follow, if not they'll make their own decision. Bottom line is Marexan is 100% behind the idea of a Jubbaland, but the proceedings have to be tweaked and they have been a lot. There is still a possibility Marexan back the conference 100%.

Going for military option will mean other regions arming themselves to ensure incase they disagree with the govt then they need to protect themselves.
Thus locals from Bay and Bakool, Lower Shabelle, Galmudug, PL ,SL,some parts of Central Somalia etc will stay on stand by and arm themselves because in one way or another disagreements will surface because of the way the govt is conducting its affairs incase of turning a blind eye on nepotism,distribution of resources etc.
This means the govt will turn into another shabaab and after the wars will be exhausted, bunkrupt and exposed.
So far grievances are resurfacing like Baidoa, Lower Shabelle, Galmudug etc.

The way forward is listening to the locals and assisting them in achieving their goals towards establishing a Federal State. Thus if the regime proves itself as partial to some while genuine to others it will reignite the old wounds.

Lastly for your info there is no Hawiye in L Jubba. Hawiye end in Middle Shabelle its after the 90's that they started intruding into L.Shabelle region.
