This conference is a farce and will not amount to anything. From the beginning till now, it has shown not to be in the interests of Jubbaland but a select minority. While having a corrupt process, it has shown itself to be divisive, and alienating the legitimate government of Somalia. The federal government must spear head any kind of state building process, with participation and consent of the locals. Even now the locals that gave this process the benefit of doubt have started to withdraw their support from this proccess. Over 1200 delegates from Garissa to Garowe have claimed legitimate representation of Jubbaland. Despite the fact that it was not suppose to be more 500 delegates.

Here is a Sade delegate who has completely unveiled the sham that this conference is. He said from the 1200 delegates only Gedo is the one that is legitimately represented by the original allotment. Beesha Sade in Kismaayo heeaded by Sultan Yarow has voiced his opposition, and majority of sade are against this.
