the government will back trying to avoid many issues that could raise in its name.
I have stated before some policy of appointing his competitor but this policy has been revised and changed.
This doesnt mean the govt is recognizing them, infact it will adopt an isolating policy towards kismayo, it just doesnt need to get involved it and make interim governor in there wich was supposed to be from raas kambooni.
Now the govt is focusing on middle juba and will appont its admin from its local clans and he is arriving with the army just like the lower shabeele governor did.
Kenya is not going futher so the govt is about to replace al shabaab in there.

Do the Somali bantu have any political leaders in their majority areas? Any educated folks to organize and lead/represent their people? Or are they stuck working farm jobs with little education?

Ambassador cali amiriko has handed a paper from the president to the newly elected keynan president yesterday asking him to stop his operations at lower juba and he agreed.
Thus, the govt is heading there with its admin.

Before asking the Kenyans to leave the Govt should understand why they intervened in the first place.
The Kenyans didn`t just decide to intervene for no particular reason.
Just like the Ethiopians in central regions, the Kenyans have strategic interests in J/Land.
These involve political, security and economic concerns, which are furthered by a Kenyan military presence.
The Kenyan`s aren`t gonna abandon their interests because of a written request from Hassan Sheikh.
It suits Kenyan interests for J/Land to be at odds with the federal govt.
J/Land will gravitate towards Nairobi, just like S/Land is in the Ethiopian sphere of influence.
Hassan Sheikh and his advisors have to be among the most inept and naive in Africa.
By vehemently opposing J/Land, they have guaranteed its future as a Kenyan client state.
ps The kenyans will be withdrawing one battalion, to be replaced by 850 Sierra Leone troops.
Kenya will still have over 3500 soldiers serving in J/Land.

Somaliland { the Isaaq} have no history of "inviting" foreign troops into their land to do the work for them .
Your daarood cousins in Puntland through Cabdulaahi Yusuf however do , the point being it is a daarood MO
J/Land , heck not even Puntland and Somaliland are in any shape or form comparable .
It amazes me the lenght this daarod will go to explain their subjugation { physical through the presence of foreign troops on their land} and yet find reasons to talk sh,it about the new president of Somalia , who is actually doing a fine job given the circumstances , just because he is Hawiye . People like him deserve to remain vassals .
