Plans are in the works to open other fish markets in all the major cities in the state, and roads are being built connecting coastal towns to these cities.

Maybe it looks clean and nice because it is a brand new site that just started operating today.
Anyways, I wish the new new project in Garowe the best of luck. God knows they will need all the luck in the world to convince Somalis in those parts to start consuming fish in any significant number.
