SL budget allocation

Is it true that half the income of SL is spent in "defense"? That's fcked up,who's going to invade us djibouti? We don't have proper infrastructure and yet half of the doe is spent to feed the army's qat habit (they must be spending it on qat because I don't see any new hardware or gear)

yes it is true half goes to Godane to destabilize south and that is part of Somaliland defence against Unity
