I am officially the second place, and the first time Somali winner for the sputum ball in the RT convention. I won $50 (first place won $100).
That is my bragging for the day. I am so proud to represent.

Thank you my Somali brothers.
Sputum ball is a convention held every single year where vendor present respiratory care equipments like mechanical ventilators and other state of the art medical equipments. Dozens of doctors give speeches about various of topics. In the end of the convention student in BA in respiratory therapy compete for a chance to win money and bring honor to their school. This wAs the first year I attended and the first year I competed. We lost by point but I still felt proud to be the first Somali hijabi to win anything.
