apparently the ottoman government authorized the massacre of all the men and march the women, old, weak and infirm to the desert of syria where they died of exposure and thirst. up to 1.5 million armenians died during this time. the government was said to also target other Christian minorities like the aegean/Pontic greeks as will as Assyrians Christians. at the same time, Turkey was under attack and occupation by Russians from the Caucasus which were joined by many Armenians recruits. the Allies gained Istanbul and Greece occupied western Anatolia and carried out massacres of turks especially in Izmir. at the end this conflict 2 million Turkish Civilians had lost their lives and the Allies agreed to a permanent population exchange 800 thousand Muslim Greeks were exchange with 1.5 million christian Greek. Thus creating 2 homogenous Nations one muslim and Turkic and the other Christian and Greek out of once diverse region.

I didn't deny the Holocaust, i just state that it been 60 years ago yet today it still used political and economic. I also said since since it a crime committed in the west it should stay with a wester context, the holocaust shouldn't influence the conflict in the middle east because white people feel guilty. if turkey acknowledges their past, it will have to make restitution maybe even lose some of it territories like the jew were given palestine by the british. further more, no body talks about million of muslim that were killed by slavs in their wars of liberation from the ottoman empire or the million of circassian/other Caucasus people that were massacre by Russian. Ukraine was a muslim country until millions of Cossacks colonized the region from the Crimea Tartars yet no body discusses this. apparently it genocide when christian are mass murdered by not when it christian doing the murdering.
