Inside news: Somali currency is being changed

I heard my dad talking about it with his Somali finance friends and I asked him what it was all about, apparently a new and original currency is coming. Anyone have news on this? According to them it's confirmed and will take effect soon.

Basra, what do you mean Somalia doesnt have a real goverment? Where have you been for the last decade or so, this goverment in mogadsihu is legitamate and recognised. Basra its our goverment and we should be behind the govt as they pick Somalia back up.
