The clip star with "seeraha" the city park, goes through a section of city, then football ground, University campus and a new hospital which looks like a 4 star hotel.

City is buried within mountains !!

I was told there were never any parks in Xamar, hopefully that can change in the near future as well.

if there is no park in hamar then it would be near impossible to make one.
but if they are clever they should at least allocate a big fertile land on the outskirt

Borama is one of the few lucky green places back home. If I were them, I would do anything possible to protect their environment. Reer Borama are smart people though. Always 10 steps ahead of the other Somalis. I am sure they are protecting and maintaining it as much as possible. Grow trees too

But that's not a designed city park it's just the outskirts of the city.As as evident with those cows grazing .HRG has one though.It's called Beerta Xorriada (Freedom Park)

There are houses behind them
