It appears a number of Snetters (kukri, AbokorSuber, Rightwing, etc) admire Sheikh Imran Hosein. Coincidentally, those individuals also side with Syria, Iran and Shias. I think it's safe to say most of us aren't familiar with Sheikh Imran Hosein. From what I've read, some of his views aren't in line with mainstream Islam. Those views include the dajjal, Ya'juj and Ma'juj, rajm, jizya, denies certain authentic hadith, his beliefs are close to Barelvis*, believes Shias (frequently praises Iran and Khomeini) are our brothers and those against Assad are puppets of the dajjal, etc. He also condemned the Syrian opposition as terrorists:

I don't agree with all his theories but i do respect him.
There is no side to support in syria, both are doing abominable things to innocents.
but i will always one should be wary when Saudia/USA/Western Europe and Isreal are squarely on the same side.
