Irony
Dahir aweys ordered the killing of world cup fans in 2006, Somalis who wanted to watch it where killed by his regime as he deemed it irreligious. The irony is, he wants to live Qatar, the country which will host the world cups and Olympics. LOL, I bet he won't be killing anyone then.
