Finishing the Quran during this blessed month

The Quran consist of about 600 pages, if you read 20 pages a day during the 30 days of Ramadan you will finish the whole Quran and bask in the blessing of thy Lord. I know 20 pages a day may seem daunting task to some who aren't regular readers of the holy book(such as myself), I would advice instead of reading it in one sitting, read 4 pages around each of the 5 daily salats, to lighten the load even further just read 2 pages before and after each Salat.

Alxamdulilah I am blessed and fortunate enough to have memorized much of the Quran at a young age, now reciting it is very easy for me and so I can enjoy the tranquility of the recitation.

20 page is 2 juz that is way too short in this blessing month of ramadaan. 10 juz a day during these days is considerable ok.

I have already almost read the whole qur'an, but in ramadan I will focus in memorization, and understanding, without a sheikh because you don't need a sheikh to walk you in life :childplease:

^mashallah, the important thing is you set yourself a realistic goal and see it through, my plan is to start off with a reasonable load and inshallah save the energy.

btw: totally do not agree with the last part of you comment, anyhow, to each his own.

10 juz a day means you will finish the Quran in 3 days then. The importance is to finish the 30 juzs in ramadan atleast once. Some people finish 2 or 3 times. Inshallah I want to finish the whole Quran 3 times this ramadan.

so you will try to understand the meaning of every surah without a sheikh. you know this is how innovations start

I have no physical sheikh to see but I have the books of sheikhs and scholars, this ramadan I am discpiling my soul and mastering control over it that's the goal for me, and the works of hujjatul Islam will be my guide.

Good man, I will also read the translation inshallah, don't know how to go about it though, I am thinking reading one Surah and then the translation of the Surah.
