Kenya's forces are not much and they are largely inexperienced unit. They will be swallowed if Hutu join the war directly and Kenya can't avoid a war with Hutu-Somalia right next to its tourism industry...this will only empty Kenya's struggling coffers.

For now Hutu will not join the war, they just going to replace Kenyan forces with neutral unit from other African states from the far West and just fund Barre Hirale and others to launch guerilla war against Madobe while they rebuild Mogadishu, SNA-Hutu and generate more income to bribe more elders in Kismayo.

Once they find units for Kismayo, they going to demand that Kenya withdraws because Burundi, Sierra Leone, SNA and Djiboutians will fight al shabab there.
