All you need to do is play Dhaanto. Look at the girl in this video in her debut video how big she is and check the second video released recently. When you play Dhaanto, your whole body moves; well unless you are in Hobyo where they sit on the floor to play Dhaanto :lol: :lol:

Naagaha buraanburka bood booda lose weight very fast compared to the once who do dhaanto. :lol:
