I feel like they deserve it to be honest. I'd hate for Kenya to take anything, I think the UK & US should have a solid fraction and the rest divided between the EU/Nato and the remainder between Qatar & Bahrain. I love those two countries honestly. They have something really nice about them. Maybe Somalia should keep about 1% so it can start developing or whatever.

Thisthis is a stupid thread. Why give your resources to other nations. Clown, they aint helping u. Everyones there for its own interest including Qatar and the countries you have mentioned.

Lol read over this thread one time whilst identifying the sarcasm throughout. I'm satirising the situation of Somalia.

He`s got a point.......we dont have the resources or know how to exploit our hydrocarbons.
I`d suggest we go with the yanks, they`re the big dawgs on the block.
Smaller concessions should be given to Europe...Asia....and Russia/ China.

The Gulf Arabs are a waste of space.
If we are to emulate anybody we should study how Libya/Iran used their oil wealth.

Someone's got the point of the thread, atleast we have one person not brain-dead. Anyway, Somalis don't want or need natual resources, anarchy and starvation is what they're good at so why don't they just give it to those who actually want that shit?

On a serious note. Libya was more conservative with their oil wealth than Gulf countries. Qatar is creating renewable energy so they can ball forever.
