I'm hearing the parliament is rejecting it.

Defense minister has signed it but It will be hard for any minister to make contract without being presented to the cabinet and approved by the parliament.

Parliament has lately rejected the interior ministers airspace agreement wich made the minister of aviation saying in his answering to their questions that the joint committee is not about the management itself and whereever it will be based on will discuss the agreement or setting up the management of the airspece wich will operate in the capital under his ministery.

in coordination with the minister of aviation, the interior has represented the agreement to the cabinet and got approved but since the interior hasn't made a comment after the aviation it makes his position the official position as that was his file.
