2.divorce rate is high with single mothers raising children on their own.

4.more than 70% of the work force,factories,machanics,technians constitute reer koonfurs.
5.police is high corrupt and oversea many prostitution rings.
6.high anti-somali rhetoric among the middle class while the elite dont care.
7. siilanyo is highly unpopular.

Most of your claims are not accurate. There are no official figures and these "80" percent is nothing but an imaginary number. When you say 80 percent, do you even know the exact number of people in Hargeisa? Do you even know how many a male? I have been there and the khat thing is only popular with old generations and even they don't chew as much.

The Southerners living in SL are anything between 80,000 - 120,000 and most of them are women and children. SL's workforce can't be 70% of 80,000 southern internally displaced people. The people that have travelled south, which is normal because all Somalis travel across all regions (Somali Ethiopia, Kenya, Djibouti, Puntland, Somaliland, South) is not even as much as 500 people.

There is no anti-Somali rhetoric. The secession drive isn't anti-Somali but anti-Konfur. Somalis are not Mogadishu and Mogadishu is not Somalis...Somalis are many and just because few don't like Mogadishu rule that doesn't make the northern Somalis anti-Somali.

The Khat addiction is something i can attest to it because i have seen with my own eye the damage khat have caused and believe me it is a depressing sight.
dude,i dont know what kind of formula,criterio they used but it is not my job to criticize how they come up with that number,i just read their conclusion and was amazed by the results of the research,anti somali doesnt mean any somalinimo but they are referring to the SFG which is the right successor to the former somali Democratic republic.
about the workforce though,since khat addiction is prevalent in Hargeysa wouldnt it be a logical conclusion that young energatic workers from the south of the country fill the GAP.
