Like if you're not physically dating and the other person is not actually aware, so mental. Is that allowed in Islam?

Dating someone mentally while they don't know it....the heck does that even mean?

So you're like "that's my girlfriend/boyfriend and if anyone else goes near them I will get angry" and your close friends know but the person you like/dating mentally doesn't.

When I saw the title I thought about fantasizing woman oops yeah hydrogen your still kid(though musiba ) I meant...you know caucasian...I get what you mean, I think it depends on your feelings if you really care about her than no problem but if you just are jealous or keep spoiling it than it will be an ethical problem and a lie wich is haram.

Generally its not wise to ask about what its not stated in the quran and sunnah, allah said laa tasaloo can ashyaa in tubda lakum tasukum=dont ask things that if it was answered back to you, you may dislike it.

wow that's kinda creepy..someone dating you mentally and considering u their girlfriend/boyfriend. people fantasize about a crush but to get territorial? all while the other is oblivious... very creepy

it's unhealthy at the very least and I hope it's haram.
