I Feel Old.

Mentally that is, I feel like I've seen so much, Allah has given me so much early on. I'm not impressed or surprised by a lot of things anymore. When certain situations come to pass its like I been through them 100x over.

Such thing as world wary syndrome?

You only feel old when you start seeing your friends and loved one's funerals. As you get older, your circle gets smaller until you are hte last one left standing

Age is something that happens to somebody else. What you have sounds like depression.

I'm not depressed hamdulilah I'm wonderful. It was only a reflection of the things that came to pass in my life and experiences I've been through. Some of us are given so much, and put through tests and trials. So now, every experience of late seems small compare to what have come to pass in my life.

Because of it, I feel like a 100 years old mentally.

That's a blessing in my opinion. I've had so much responsibility early in life but little to no real independence, if that makes sense. So I feel as though I'm emotionally mature but I still have a lot to learn about people and the being out in the world.

Sometimes its what you experience in life that, more so than age itself, ages you both mentally and physically. The effects of stress and stressful situations can wear a person down :wow:
