For 5 reasons

1-to concentrate on the capitals security, for the moment, most of the efforts are concentrated on kismayo...the president meets with the public one day each week, and all of them are mps, elders, delegates going to and coming from kismayo

2- this adminstration is called maamulka jubba ee KMG

3-this administration is politically and miltary-wise controlled by the central govt, economically it will cover all the costs including the official service like the visits, security and army until a national taxation system establishes in every region so the govt is not going to spend money in there.

4- after six months, the govt will appoint a new traffic and directors for the port and airport, as a goverment who has its own resources but lacks to reach the army, the airport and port are more important for her than the resources(remember that the army is her business)

5- the govt will get international political and financial support for being a reconciliatory government!.


Plus, the political problems in the south will come to an end!

1. what will happen to the KDF, will they be replaced with a neutral force which does not have ulterior motives.

2. who will manage the airport and seaport, will the forces now stationed in Goobweeyn move into their former bases inside the city.

1-ethiopia is heading there
2-the new administration for 6 months, will get integrated in SNA
3-should be within two weeks in the capital...will talk about the regional institutions and power sharing, gedo will have local authority that is oppointed directly by the central govt, its current governor will be one of the vice leaders as there is no presidential system fartaag won't stay as vice president except if the shaykh gives him his region.
