Several weeks ago I was issued a ticket at predominantly white neighborhood ( Dublin Ohio). Now I will use the race card although I was speeding so that I can get no points, I'm ok with the money but I want to defeat the points and I assure you I will win.

Damn good luck with that. How much HP does the race card have? Personally, I wouldn't go all out on attack like that and would stick with the more conservative and balanced "I honestly thought I was going 40" card which should give you a better chance of defeating the points.

Horrible argument. You're suppose to keep an eye on the speedometer when you drive. The judge will think you're reckless.

I was in the court house a few months back and the judge :wow:

She kept repeating "you can't use a due diligence argument for a speeding ticket". She shot down anyone w/ an excuse.

The race card is obsolete these days you will provoke people to anger more then anything! People everywhere are sick & tired of hearing people using the race card even other blacks & minorities! I've watched it backfire countless of times on people...Your best bet is to use reasonable & logically arguments to make your case!
