This guy is kind of fresh air and he has inspired a lot of young Somali professionals to pursue career in city and state politics. It's sad that some people from both Puntland and HAG camps hijacked his agenda and turned this into qabiil.

If a majority that are the Somalis can't get this guy to win then there's no hope for Somalis back home. Somalis in the Diaspora are yes more tribalistic but more educated which keeps their urges in check + the natives.

You know Somalis, they turn everything into qabil. Abdi Warsame has a bright future, and when I spoke to him over the Phone, told him to keep up the hard work.

By the looks of the somali Americans in here, I dont think the guy would get elected, şuch a shame that it turns into a qabil related situation. Im sure this abdi guy would do great for the somalis in Minnesota.
remember just becuase he's puntlander in origin doesnt mean that he'll support farole. There is a protocol in the American governement. No way would abdi be able to influence the foreign policy of the USA. However his job is to pursue the interests of not just somalis in Minnesota but across the us.
