Isn't the punishment of a married Muslim/Muslima convicted of zina death by stoning? Such a Muslim/Muslima would be a noncombatant yet sentenced to be killed.

The Dump gov't should negotiate and give some concessions. Alshabaab are not going anywhere because they didn't come from elsewhere except this country.
