Apparently Puntland media is reporting that Faroole owns a 50% stake in Afgoyo's oil and gas through the Australian-Somali company Amsas (co owned by Faroole)

Apparently Amsas (Faroole's company) obtained 49% of the Afgoyo block in 2008 from the Somali Transitional Federal Government ("Abdullahi Yusuf's TFG").

First they were obessed with the Jubba's and now its Afgoyo, what is wrong with these people?

Somalia's oil resources belong to the Somali people and will be managed ONLY by the government. The Afgoyo block already belongs to Shell, where they signed memoredeum of understanding with Said Barre's government in the 1980s.
