A teen in Texas , 16 year old got drunk, got into his pick up and consequently killed 4 people. A mother, her daughter, a pastor, and someone else. A few others were terribly injured, one who is paralyzed forever and is in a comma. The kid gets 10 years propation, without jail time. The defense, his lawyers argued that the kid suffers from "AFFLUENZA", a rich spoilt brat syndrome.
They argued his parents are to blame, they r rich doctors who gave the kid freedom and new pick up car and limtless money. Mind you the same judge--sentenced a black kid who is 14 years, 2 years younger than this white kid-- to 10 years in jail for punching someone who died later.
