Heavy clashes between the Somaliland police and the citizens of Burco after a heavy protest against the removal of the Police chief of Togdheer region. Apparently the figure that was removed from the position was Habar Yoonis leaving tension between the clans in the diverse town of Burco. In particular the Habar Yoonis clan and the Habar Jecel.
