Khatummo have lately tried to join PL, and they are putting pressure on SL.. so i believe they are planing something like accepting somaliland as federal state with her borders as now with self-rule! to throw kasmiiris under the bus...
That out come will be Epic..

DF will not think twice if SL made that offer they will sign under right away.
But again the ball is with SL they can make there own options.. lets see how they use it

if the dhulos and warsangeli accept to be with somaliland as a federal state under somalia, it will be a shot to the head for the dhulos and warsangeli. you wanna know why? because let's say 15 years later, somaliland says they will secede from somalia, that means dhulos and warsangeli have no choice because they agreed to be part of somaliland when it was a federal state with somalia
dhulos never signed any agreement to be part of british-somaliland protectorate nor did they sign any agreements to be part of today's somaliland. all isaaq needs is to get a signature/agreement from dhulos joining somaliland and if somaliland says they will be a federal state under somalia, they will most likely get that agreement from dhulos, if dhulos are dumb enough to sign to that

Warya secretagent stop lying about the deceased Garad
And what's wrong with sharing a maamul with Isaaqs? As long as they give up on the secession, I wouldn't mind sharing a federal state with them, northern Dir and Warsangelis.

And who told you somaliland is based on those clans who signed the 1880's treaties?? somaliland eastern border's were demarkated around the 1930's and Dhulos fully considered themselves a british tribe and thats what is relevant not the 1880's tribal treaties. Eeven hargaysa the capital of modern somaliland was not in the 1880's treaty , no tribe claimed Hargaysa , so Hargaysa was considered not part of British somaliland till the 1898 after the Anglo-Ethiopian treaty of 1897, same with the Dhulos and the east the Angalo-Italian demarcation of 1930's the dhulos were by then for more then a half century considered themselves a british tribes.

That doesn't much help your case little boy. What you need is a better rebuttle then wobbling like a donkey in the dust. The Dhulos have regarded themselves as a British tribe, not a Biritish by birth, if you are fimiliar with the language of the 1900s British colonial system you wouldn't have missed that. Even the Mad Mullah regarded the Dhulbahnate as a British tribe . The Majeerteen were Italian tribe , Ogaadeen an Ethiopian tribe, throughout their history post colonials the Dhulos not once negated that fact that they were a British tribe, from the 1899-1960 the Dhulbahnate were armed, fed, defended, educated in British area and even their crimes against Italian tribes ( Majeerteen/Mareexaan) were paid by the British goverment, they even fought for the British empire and their death during 2nd war world outnumbered those of the Habar Jeclo.
now stop giggling little girl and tell me.. when and where and how.. Dhulos aint a British tribe.

This is the official map of Somaliland after it was demarcated and these are the legitimate boundaries enshrined in the African union treaties which legalizes Somaliland official borders. The boundaries of Africa will and shall remain as they were at the time of independence. This is has nothing to with clan the harti lives in Wardheer can they cede it to their Puntland or their territories in the NFD.
