According to a very private tip, the Prime Minister of Somalia received a call from the new Puntland President who was returning the congratulations sent him on his election.
Abdiwali Gaas personally promised whatever power, authority, and influence Puntland has will support the new PM on his task for government reform and empowering the office of Somali Head of Government.
According to the tip, Abdiwali encouraged the new PM to take heed from recent examples and leave a legacy for constitutional application.
Abdiwali Gaas and Abdiwali Sheikh spoke.

Thats good news. It gives the PM extra leverage to have Puntland by his side. One good thing that came out Pubtland election is the win of Gaas and not the controversial Faroole. The more people that call out for constitutional rights and action the better. Now most of the parliament are steadfast on the importance of the constitution. This will weaken Culusoow and his small circle of people. Making him vulnerable for political execution in his leadership. Good news

Puntland has always been the voice, that stood loud and clear for Constitutional rights, and extremely guarded the Constitution against any infringements by anyone. Faroole has been it's warrior, and indeed President Gaas will continue that legacy. Former PM Farmaajo iyo Saaciid failed to realized the importance of the Constitution or ignored it for political reasons, which they later found out was not even worth it. I am just glad to see today a Sade Warrior, who has learned from history, understands his position, his powers and the political base for those who want to push the country forward.XimanJaale wrote:Thats good news.
