Afar people
They are exactly like somalis.
Re: Afar people
Catchy song
They're linguistically & genetically close to Somalis but culturally
maybe the Ciise. The man leading the Djiboutian forces in Somalia is Afar and his mother is Somali but before the 60's even early 60's Somalis used to look down on them and they were not allowed to come to Djibouti city despite having lived and worked with Somalis prior to colonization, during the Ifat and Adal sultanate in the 15th century when Afars used to live in the outskirts of Seylac, some of them living in Harar with Somalis way before the Oromos migrated to the city after the fall of the sultanate.
