There is no way 250,000 have died in the attack on Hargeisa and Burco. Compare what happened to Burco and Hargeisa to whats happening right now in Syria's cities. The air bombardments and the shelling killed approximately 50.000 people in Hargeysa.

They used MiG aircraft in other places as well for instance Ceel Afweyn, Garadag, Kalsheikh, Gabiley etc.
