John was in my PC group and later worked with Andrejewski recording gabays, etc. He is associated with the Somali collection at Indiana State. Note that he is a Cherokee Indian and what he has to say about the Somali language and the diaspora. He has a total of four Somali-related videos at this site.

Cool video Grant. He sees like a cool guy and provides a mirror regarding your character.
It is indeed true that Somali and the quality of it spoken in the Diaspora is dwindling however i hope we get our acts together as spoken by the Cherokee.
The Indiana state collection is mighty fine, are part of it too ?

Any idea how large is his poetry recordings of the 1960s and in what region he
