This map is not clan based and I wish Somalis not too attack this suggestion because of clan. I put Marehan land with Shabelle State and put Habar Gidir land with Punt State. We can divide the 18 regions of Somalia otherwise every region would want to divide. For instance the Isaaq community in Western Sanaag would want to split, the Marehan community in North Galgaduud would want to split etc. The clans need to compromise because the reality is that federalism should not be mixed with clans.
