Most consumers will only care about KFCs chicken quality and their ability to deliver, the overwhelming majority won't really give a crap about their cooked chickens life story.
Last week, I had to sit through a 30 mins conversation with a bonafide ex tree hugger. Her small talk consisted of talking about animals. If I didn't have to sit through the lunch for work purposes, I'd have been honest 30 seconds into the convo and told her that I frankly don't have the emotional capacity or time to commiserate with chickens and cows
