Land prices in hrg, have rocketed as there are no plots of land left within the control of hargeisa. My mum returned a couple of months ago she wanted to sell some plots she had brought in 99 for $1,500 are now starting at $20,000 a piece.

But its interesting about berbera,you have to apply for land guess it lowers land disputes which is less hassle all around

Buying land in South Hargeisa is difficult. Unless you have ties to the area, you'll be hard-pressed to find someone who is willing to give up their plot of land. As for prices, depends where, but the area around the airport is pretty expensive now, especially since the airport reopened. Don't have exact numbers though
