This Donald sterling guy is clearly racist towards blacks and minorities but he can't seem to stay away from their women. And he is not alone it seems, even as far back as the days of slavery, there were masters who took black females as lovers and some even loved them more than their white wives.. And in our culture, you'll see a man married to a woman of different qabil, he will love her and take care of her and at the same time loath her family. So do men see women without affiliation?..she is with him, she is for him and him alone? The women who are with such men have their reasons I suppose.. blind love or bottom line. I think it's more of a fetish than anything else. I don't see how you could bed someone that is/represents something you despise (race, tribe, etc). I don't think people are capable of that much compartmentalization tbh.

Women have always been used as tools of war. I don't think this is much different, it's just on a smaller, personal scale.

Absolutely they can. Right or wrong, Women are not viewed by Men as the representatives of their people but more kind of like innocent bystanders. The reverse however is a big no no according to society. A Woman marrying the 'enemy' is viewed kind of as a captive or tool. You also get the sense that when a girl marries a guy they really enter His family but on the flipside the Guy doesn't really become part of Her family.


As for Donald Sterling thats a whole different thing altogether. Sterling's thing was not hate for black people the way Somali Qabilism is. Sterling didn't hate blacks at all which is why He was so frusturated with V Stivano during that call. He just views blacks as inferior, views their Men as property and subordinates while viewing black women the same, and as sex objects. With Somalis, qabils do not really feel that they're better than other qabils its just hatred and bitterrness. Totally different then the way Sterling viewed blacks.
