I've seen some Somali dog owners lately.

All young guys of course. I have yet to see a hoyoo walking her dog. I've seen one hoyoo driving a Ford F-150 though so I guess we will soon see a hoyoo with man's best friend soon enough

Majority of Muslims are scared of dogs, it is a psychological process during childhood. A kid being shouted at every time they go near a dog or touch a dog does leave a future trauma hence the dog-phobia.

You can't keep dogs as pets. If you are blind and need a guide dog that's an exception to the rule.

Forget about dogs, I have phobia of cats as well and it was precipitated by moments in my toddler-hood where someone had put cat on my head or shoulder

Loooool I've never enjoyed a late night meal at a restaurant in xamar, cats always lurking under the table sometimes bumping into your leg, scary shit, i had one jump on the table and look at me dead in the eye i had to finish my meal early

lol Quark you reminded me of my brother in Somalia who saw a cat under the table and he jumped on the chair. But it wasnt a normal cat. The cat would lick his lips in a circular motion whenever he saw my brother as if he wanted to eat him

Ive even heard of a Somalian criminal selling dogs illegal. I am baasto i don't wanna go around picking up bags of shit.

When I was in North Somalia, there were dogs everywhere and no one was afraid of them
it was like seeing a goat walking across the road, a common sight

but when these same somalis go to canada/usa/england the same dogs they didnt care about they got scared
