its should be at least 12 most people reach puberty at 13 or slightly after.

if you can ejaculate semen then you should be able to be in a war, lets say after a years or 2.

Sadly enough that man is far from a boy, at his age and older, they already have mouths to feed, and I applaud him for doing something as honorable as defending his country

15 years old is adulthood, in Mogadishu manhood starts 10 to 13 years that is when all the boys and some girls start taking firearms.

Don't let the face and the body fool you. Those boys in the picture are somewhere between 18-20 years old. Due to poor somali diet, kids in Somalia look much more younger than their counterparts in the west. I still remember how my 9-year old little brother could easily beat my 16-years old cousin back in Xamar.
