Because the Koonfurians are brain dead they think kenyans and Ethiopians and Egyptians want to make peace between them
and ofcourse lack of compromise and the peace conference was mostly between warlords and warlords had never any interest in peace so there was a variaty of conflicting factors that played a role in the failure of these conference and most of these conferences ended in looma dhama

in 1998 the darood warlords said looma dhama in Cairo

in 2000 arta Jabuuti the Darood said looma dhama cabdilahi yusuf

in 2003 eldoret the Habargedir said looma dhama

in 2006 geedi refused to reconcile with the courts talks brokered by Sudan
in 2007 Ars in Asmara the TFG said looma dhama
in 2009 in jabuuti Alshabaab said waxa loogo so gooya jabuuti nama qabato

in Mogadishu 2011 , Faroole said Puntland will not attend Mogadishu conference because Mogadishu broke the federal agreement and farmaajo was elected as pm

And counting

At the 1992/3 Addis Ababa peace conference, the most famous Somali musicians came together to sing this song on stage, praising Ethiopia and calling themselves Ethiopians. The ground wasn't even cold yet with the corpse of the dead Somali nation. These hoes ain't loyal.

In 1993, Ethiopian military=TPLF. When Derg was defeated, the military structure was completely disbanded, soldiers all surrendered and were told to go home. 1998 war was when other Ethiopians began reentering and rebuilding the Ethiopian military.

TPLF was in Gedo, Bay and Bakool years before 1997.

Asab and north/Eritrea was all EPLF.

What does any of this have to do with failed Somalian peace conferences?

Sxb, TPLF or not these conferences were all doomed from the start. What do you expect from murders, crooks and thieves holidaying in foreign capitals on the UN's dime.

Mafiaistan AU Protectorate will be having "Somalia Peace Conference XXVIII" in 25 years with things only worse on the ground.
