USS Aircraft Carrier off of the Arctic Ocean, Courtesy of NATO

Are you really this stupid?
The capital is the seat of the government, wherever the capital is moved the government will move with it. Which means the new capital will also face the same insecurity since this is a battle against the government. You dumbass
Bring a better idea for better security, because this one is a joke. Kulaha move the capital. Like that will be solution. Somalis are just plain stupid.
