War-ravaged Somalia is hurtling towards a second famine in three years that could be prevented if donors increased funding, Philippe Lazzarini, United Nations' humanitarian coordinator for Somalia said on Sunday. Lazzarini said rapidly rising malnutrition and food shortages across the country resemble the warning signs which preceded the 2011 famine in which about 260,000 people died.

25 years ago, even Germany was there. Somalilanders were there because of Somalia and Siad Barre not because of themselves. Somalia has been here since God knows and its there because of itself and will be there many years to come until Hutu ape evolves into a man and puts the niiko drum down and rope for the dead body.

Wanlawein always cry and act all angelic but we know how rotten of people they are. Indeed, in front of others they will say such things as; 'shame, such people existed, God I am shocked, Damn I lost beat for the niiko, Wallahi I'm putting down my rope and won't drag no dead body" but its all a lie.

We didn't starve these people they did and we have to teach them in order for them to change. Hawdian is not in Konfur causing the famine but they are. Their actions, deeds, beliefs, systems and leadership are all playing factor in the famine and all other ills associated with Wanlawein who ruined Somali name.
