First of all hagites preach centralism but it harms them more then anyone else. lets just say somalia will reach peace in the next 5 years and people will slowly start to return from the west.
1. its already given 80% of the population will settle down on HAG-lands( Sh. Hoose, sh.dhexe, Hiiraan and Benadir), the rich once from the west will buy sommer houses in places like barawe, afgoye, and marka areas etc etc.. having all those people settle down on your country is not a good idea, large foreign population on your lands.
2. some of the returning people may experience lack of land and property.
3. those people may bring some jahiiliyaah with them qabiil or thinking this is our lands. like they did before ogaden thought hiiraan was theirs wholeheartedly that is just silly.
We should make a fair federalism and everybody shall be granted the rights to controll there lands which will give them the chance to not be controlled from Mogadishu but on the other hand they won't return to Mogadishu.
from southern Mudug, to Sh. Hoose should be made a closed down area and non shall enter except those granted permission, the returning families of the west shall go to there native regions and not to those lands i mentioned above.
those people who are from those areas shall be granted the permission to return and do whatever they want as there own country and homeland.
we should follow the british system just like England, wales, scottland and Ireland.
This Idea will give us a better future, Hiiraan nor Mogadishu is ready to take millions of returning somalis who are original not from there.
this is the direction we need to move towards and change our old policy.
