the money for this project and equipment was given by the kuwait govt. the project was in geed xabaaye area east of hargeisa.

it was meant to be a hospital, but the corrupt somalilan govt. stole the money for the hospital equipment, so they came up with this low cost idea of an orphanage, and put 50 mattresses ad a few table. hargeisa already has 2 orphanage center one in south of the city in maxamed mooge and one in jigjigga yar. a hospital was badly needed.

and who am i to stop them and put to trial corrupt somalialan minsters and officials saaxib. let them rob those stupid people that elected them. if you dont believe me go on the ground i was their. and plus they got the land for free because the govt. said it was 'dan guud'.

why would kuwait govt. spend millions on a orphanage center, when down the road the saudi arabia govt. is building another 'so -called orphanage' across kaah hotel less 1 mile. it does' not make sense to have 2 orphanage center one built by kuwait and the other saudia arabia within 0.8 miles of one another.

this was meant to be a new hargeisa hospital and the orphanage center is the one across from kaah hotel which saudia arabia is building that was the excuse told to local residents.

I bet u the suadi arabia orphanage across from kaah was sold on and they replaced the orphanage with the hospital after they could not buy any equipment.
